  Terms & Conditions - returns/refunds/exchanges/safety 

We hope you love our products, however, if you should need to return your purchased product(s), you have 14 days from the date of delivery to inform us that you wish to make a return. 

Please firstly notify us via email to start the return process - info@schoolhousemouse.co.uk 

Please note, in order to receive a refund your product(s) must be returned in the original condition & packaging.
Upon receipt of your returned product(s) School House Mouse (SHM) shall refund payments received from your returned product(s). Excluding if applicable delivery fees.
If you the customer return your product(s) to SHM the delivery fee to return your parcel shall be borne by you the customer.
Once SHM receives your return your refund will be processed in no more than 7 days.
Please note, you the customer bear all risks associated with your return. Make sure to retain your postage receipt in case of any problems. If your return is NOT received by SHM we cannot process your refund/exchange. If you wish to exchange your purchase please notify us no later than the 14 day period. SHM reserves the right to refuse returns/exchanges after the 14 day period. However, we are always happy to help with any issues you may have, please contact us via email for customer service support.

You MUST include a note inside your return with your name, email & telephone number. We will contact you to arrange the next steps. 

We will not accept returns or exchanges if we believe the product(s) have been modified, misused or damaged/broken by the customer.
Please ensure to read & follow all our instructions carefully before using any of our products. 

Important notice - before lighting any of our candles ensure to remove all packaging, ribbons, card & wax stamps. Follow the instructions/warnings attached to your candle carefully. Carelessness causes fire.
